It's perhaps no surprise, then, that my interpretation of Rapunzel evolved from the traditional fairy tale into a more contemporary retelling of the iconic adolescent.

Despite the modern attire, her yearning gaze and angsty demeanor endure, capturing the universal journey of young women as they yearn for freedom, connection, and self-discovery amidst the challenges of adolescence.
